Turn Your Handwriting into a Font
There are tons of handwritten fonts on for use, but none like your own. Once you make your font, you can use it for all your personalized projects or web use. I found this straightforward and free site for when you need to create your font.
By making your font, you can use your keyboard to personalize your scrapbooks, journals, websites, etc. No need to worry about commercial licenses if you want to use it on the web.
To convert your handwriting to the font, you’ll need either a font converting software or online service. I looked a few fonts switching apps but found them to be expensive and hard to learn.
To do this for personal use, I found online converters to be simple, and most are free.
I used Caligrapr. It’s free and easy to use. On the site, you download their template, fill out, scan, upload, and you get your font file. It’s that simple.
Once you have your font file, you’ll install it like any other font to use on any document or graphic.
I use mine to add "handwritten" elements to digital scrapbook pages.
